Spaghetti Squash - 0 Points Plus
It scares most people because they do not know what to do with it. It's super simple! Pick a squash that is firm without bruises, scrub it very well at home. Pierce it with a knife (make sure your knife goes all the way through to the middle of the squash) about 7-10 times. Put it on a microwave safe plate, and pop it in the microwave for 15 mins. After the squash has finished cooking, let it sit in the microwave for about 5 mins. Take it out, slice it in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds. Take a fork to the inside flesh of the squash and enjoy it as you would with spaghetti - with sauce! It's zero points plus, so i often eat it with meatballs and sauce - because I can!
Hungry Girl Oatmeal Bowls - 7 or 8 Points Plus
Hungry Girl has come up with a bunch of different oatmeal bowls. They are incredibly satisfying, and they certainly make my sweet tooth happy. Granted, 7 or 8 points plus may seem like a lot of points to use in breakfast, but I often will eat half for breakfast, and another half for a snack. These bowls keep me nice and full throughout the morning, and take about 12 mins to make.
